JM Custom Coach Builders specializes in many of your different and off the wall builds. We have fabricated unique vehicle platforms such as school busses, ambulances, and van conversions. FULL CUSTOM BUILDS

We will take you through the whole process of finding your dream van, skoolie, ambulance, or any other platform you would like to build on. Designing your layout visually on your living preferences, sizing your electrical, propane and water system for off grid capabilities, and building everything out for you in a timely manner so you can get out on the open road and enjoy plenty of fun, new and exciting experiences.

CUSTOM LAYOUT

If your going to be living in your van or bus conversion full time, your going to need a fully functional layout that is flexible but can still provide all the amenities you are going to need for years to come.

SOLAR SYSTEMS

Sizing your solar panels and solar charge controller in your conversion to live off grid isn’t the easiest thing to do. We help our clients map out their daily amp usage, and build out their off grid solar system to live a sustainable lifestyle for many years to come!

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

Building out an electrical system for any conversion takes a lot of planning and vision. We do all the leg work by figuring out wire sizes for appliances, outlets and breakers. We Set up your distribution panel boxes, connect your inverters, 30-50 amp shore power connections and more!

PLUMBING SYSTEMS

Having a powerful fresh water system in your van or bus conversion is key. We help our clients determine what size of fresh and gray water tanks to use. We also mount, connect and hook up their water pumps, strainers and water filtration systems and much much more!

PROPANE SYSTEMS

A safe and solid propane set up is number one when it comes to cooking or taking a hot shower! We go thru the process of mounting your propane tanks, running the proper lines, making the right connections, installing remote fill doors and plenty more!
